Payment & Billing

My children's book design packages start at:

• Standard Book Layout: $499+
• ABC Book Creation: $575+
• Guided Book Layout: $999+

Payment Schedule

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project approval and before delivery of final files.

Final pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your project. Projects under $200 require full payment upfront.

Hourly services are tracked and billed based on the actual time spent working on your project.

New Clients

New hourly clients are required to prepay an initial block of five hours. These hours are applied toward work completed. Additional hours may be billed weekly as agreed.

Work Updates

On days I work on your project, you'll receive a progress update that includes:

• Hours worked
• A description of the work completed
• Progress updates and available previews
• Total hours accumulated for the week

Weekly Invoicing

Invoices are sent every Friday through PayPal, with a detailed breakdown of hours worked. Payment is due within three business days.

Additional Hours

I'll keep you informed of your project's progress and discuss any additional hours before exceeding the agreed estimate or weekly limit.

Illustration creation, color refinement, additional artwork, and other services outside your selected package are priced separately unless specifically included in your quote.

Any work outside the original project scope will be discussed and approved before additional charges are made.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal invoices. You'll receive an invoice by email with instructions for completing your payment.

Work may be paused until outstanding invoices are paid.
